It is not the responsibility of Lax Kw'alaams Peoples to prove (by reverse onus) the fundamental preserved and continued right of governance in traditional lands since before the beginning of time.
Truth prevails against specious occupation by EIIR Canada. The original and continued, enforceable right in law and custom in matters of land and resources governance is secured where a nation state Peoples determines that they possess authority through the truth of being Consecutively Settled Sovereign Peoples (CSSP). Lax Kw'alaams Peoples have proclaimed that they shall continue to govern their traditional lands and resources. And, in effect, any other party (i.e., claimed governing regime, such as EIIR Canada, et al) becomes a trespasser in absence of specific permission to enter the Lax Kw'alaams territories. And, therein, the CSSP Lax Kw'alaams may exercise the customary administration of law and order through the declaration of enforcement. This may include Notice Of Continued, Non-Abandoned Governance of these traditional territories to international Non-Governmental Organizations, like the United Nations and its Security Council on the issue of entitlement of security against harm, as provided by the United Nations Charter; including, but not limited to the Chapter VII; which provides UN authority to launch sanctions against member states who exercise illicit military action upon another nation state (i.e., EIIR Canada trespass into traditional Lax Kw'alaams lands by claim of original right to regulate said Peoples, lands and resources).
Lax Kw'alaams CSSP would not endorse any jurisdictional right in these matters to the courts of EIIR Canada; rather Lax Kw'alaams would proceed to the United Nations as a recognized absolute monarchy nation state; entitled to respect and, therein, security of nation state and its Peoples. And, under the terms of the absolute monarchy, Lax Kw'alaams would proceed to conduct a traditional court to hear complaints against EIIR Canada / I.E., similar to Rocky Mountain Kelly Lake Cree Nation State & Kwa'mutsun Nation State.
